As announced previously, the Company has completed the Farm-Out agreement with ARA Petroleum Tanzania ( APT ) which has assumed Operatorship of the Ruvuma PSA. Under the Farm-Out agreement, Aminex is carried for its share of the associated field development costs up to US$35 million, equivalent to gross development expenditure of US$140 million.

Challenge To Renewal Turned Away
The FCC has turned away a challenge to the license renewal of DELMARVA EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION FM translator W224DK/DURHAM, NC.
TRIANGLE ACCESS BROADCASTING, INC. filed an objection against the license renewal application, alleging that DELMARVA was improperly claiming noncommercial educational and nonprofit exemptions from paying application and regulatory fees while rebroadcasting a commercial station, CURTIS MEDIA News-Talk WPTF-A/RALEIGH. DELMARVA responded that its failure to pay its fees was inadvertent and it has since remitted payment. Additionally, a 2019 report showed more than 5 million U.S. youth used e-cigarettes in the past 30 days. Total Quadran – one of the leaders in renewable energies in France. Total will supply Orange with 100 GWh a year of renewable electricity over a period of 20 years. This agreement will thus enable the
development, by 2024, of a dozen new solar power plants spread throughout metropolitan France, with a cumulative capacity of 80 MW.
This agreement illustrates the commitment of Total and Orange to contribute to the country’s energy transition while promoting local economic development, with the support of regional authorities.
